Transportation and delivery
Store4garden.com provides to their clients the opportunity to get free delivery, while keeping up being loyal to their favorite brands and manufacturers.
Free delivery conditions:
• The amount needed for reaching the free delivery service is different for every producer. (Please see the table). Free delivery can be processed when the order reaches certain amount for certain products.
• Store4garden.com can provide free delivery for orders paid via bank and corresponding to the upper mentioned conditions. There is no free delivery service for Cash on Delivery orders.
• Store4garden.com will cover all expenses on your delivery to the closest to you courier office.
• Store4garden.com does not cover the transportation expenses in cases when customer wants express delivery or any other kind of delivery.
• When ordering PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, where conditions cover the upper mentioned requirements, please contact the Store4garden.com team for more information regarding the delivery conditions.
• Store4garden.com DOES NOT take any responsibility for delivery missed deadlines due to force major, other reasons out of our control or delay caused by the courier company.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Store4garden.com offers to their customers two different ways of payment – via bank or Cash on Delivery. If bank payment is chosen by the client, the order will be delivered after payment confirmation is received.
If the client chose Cash on Delivery payment they have to pay the corresponding amount to the courier when received the order. Together with the order customer will receive bill of goods or invoice, receipt and bill of loading.
Store4garden.com reserves their right to change all subjects in the online shop without an alert as prices, promotional offers, technical specifications, photos and other. The customer has to pay only the price which is offered in the time of online order. The personal value of the products does not include the delivery expenses.
The Store4garden.com team does not take any responsibilities for mistakes caused by the webpage administrators. There may be some discrepancy between images and the real product look. If so we guarantee to the customer that this would not affect the technical specifications of the product.
Reclamation and replacement
Customers have the full right to close an order in 7 working days after receiving them. This would be possible only if returned products have been not used, their package is not damaged and the products are in the same conditions as when delivered according to Article 5 of the Law on Customers protection. All expenses as transportation costs would be responsibility of the customer.
If there is defect detected into 24 hours after delivery, the ordered product can be returned and replaced if not damaged additionally by the customer.
Warranty conditions
Store4garden.com provides to their clients warranty in accordance to terms and conditions stated for each product. Warranty services cannot be provided in case of:
• Damages caused by improper storage
• Reparation implemented by the client or other unauthorized person.
• Damages caused by Improper exploitation
Additional conditions:
Store4garden.com does not take responsibility for damages caused by transportation, if the ordered product has not been insured according to customer’s request.
